Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and USSD payments through Paystack. International cards are also supported through Stripe.
How do I know my payment is secure?+
All payments are processed through PCI DSS-compliant payment providers (Paystack and Stripe). We never store your card details on our servers.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?+
You can request a cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting us. Once an order enters processing, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
How do I track my order?+
After your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status from your account's order history page.
What happens if my payment fails?+
If your payment fails, your order will be marked as 'Payment Failed' and no charges will be applied. You can try placing the order again with a different payment method.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you deliver?+
We deliver to all 36 states in Nigeria and the FCT. International shipping is not currently available.
How long does delivery take?+
Lagos: 1–2 business days. Major cities (Abuja, PH, Ibadan): 2–4 days. Other areas: 3–7 business days. Times may vary during peak periods.
How much does shipping cost?+
Shipping fees depend on your location and order weight. The exact fee is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders over ₦50,000 may qualify for free shipping.
What if I'm not available to receive my delivery?+
The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After 3 failed attempts, the package is returned to our warehouse and a re-delivery fee may apply.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?+
You can return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Some items (opened supplements, gift cards, final sale items) are non-returnable.
How do I return an item?+
Contact us via our contact form or email with your order number and reason for return. We'll review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions.
How long do refunds take?+
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
What if I received a damaged product?+
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

How do I create an account?+
Click 'Sign Up' at the top of the page. You can register with your email address or sign in with Google or GitHub.
I forgot my password. What do I do?+
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page. We'll send a password reset link to your registered email address.
Do you support two-factor authentication?+
Yes! You can enable TOTP-based two-factor authentication from your account settings for an extra layer of security.
Is my personal data safe?+
Absolutely. We use encryption for sensitive data, never store card details, and follow best practices for data security. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
Products
Are your products authentic?+
Yes. We work directly with verified suppliers and authorized distributors. Every product is vetted for quality and authenticity before it's listed on our store.
Can I subscribe to a product for regular delivery?+
Yes, select products are available as subscriptions. Look for the subscription badge on product pages to set up recurring deliveries.
How do I leave a product review?+
After your order is delivered, you can leave a review from the product page. Only verified purchasers can submit reviews.
