Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver to all 36 states in Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times after order confirmation:

These are estimates and may vary during peak periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
- Orders over ₦50,000 may qualify for free shipping (promotions apply)
- Express delivery options are available at an additional cost for Lagos and Abuja
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another notification when it ships.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order status from your order history page.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails (recipient unavailable, incorrect address, etc.):
- The courier will attempt delivery up to 2 additional times
- After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse
- A re-delivery fee may apply for returned packages
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate to avoid delays.
7. Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
